Terms of Service

Alfred Chief of Staff is provided by Albaro Xiloj. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. What the service does

Alfred Chief of Staff is an AI-powered personal assistant that composes briefings, surfaces calendar context, remembers what you ask it to remember, and (depending on your subscription tier) can speak in a voice of your choosing. The product is in active development and individual features may change without notice.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs through your account. Notify us at albaroxiloj@icloud.com promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to harm others, to violate any law, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our infrastructure, to send spam, or to circumvent rate limits or paid-feature gating. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.

4. AI-generated output

Alfred is a language-model-driven assistant. Its output is generated and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date. You are responsible for reviewing its output before acting on it, particularly for anything financial, legal, medical, or otherwise consequential. Do not rely on Alfred as a substitute for professional advice.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Paid subscriptions are billed by Stripe on a recurring basis according to the plan you select. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — email us if you believe you are owed one.

6. Privacy

How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.

7. Service availability

Alfred Chief of Staff is an early-stage product without a service- level agreement. We aim for high uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

8. Warranty, liability, indemnity, governing law

These clauses are to be drafted with counsel before the service is generally available. Until then, the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. Use of the service is at your own risk.

9. Changes to these terms

We will revise these terms as the product matures. Material changes will be announced in-app and by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
